We had never been here before so thought we'd give it a try. No regrets. We got the triple dip appetizer and loved the Diablo queso. I got a beef chili rellanos and chicken enchilada and my husband got beef cheese and chicken enchiladas. Everything was amazing. The cheesecake for dessert was sooo good! Jeremiah took excellent care of us. He was fulfilling our requests before we could even ask lol we will definitely be back!

Wow incredible experience once again! This is my second time here. Definitely by far the best Mexican restaurant in the Midwest and I eat a lot of Mexican food and travel throughout the USA. Best Mexican food of the 12 states I’ve been thru this season. See posted photos. Food so delicious you can’t stop eating and every bite is savored. Also —- I must comment that the customer service was also the best I have experienced in probably a year of any food service. I ordered take out and the moment I got to the bar, 2 people came up to me (one the first 10 seconds and the second one 10 seconds later) to check on the food. The bartender (evening shift) she was also amazing. Thanks and looking forward to coming back many many times!

Such a pretty place! The inside is very open and nice. The servers always do a great job. Very well trained. I love the mild salsa. It is smokey and had a chipotle pepper flavor to it. The spicy cheese dip is not very spicy but it is delicious. I loved my fried smothered burrito. My husband loved his food.

I went with my mother and grandson for lunch. Mom has to eat gluten free and the waiter was so helpful. She had the soft tacos, and I shared a combination plate with my grandson. Always delicious!

It is always helpful when a restaurant will accommodate a large group. Abuelo's had a section for us set aside in their beautiful restaurant. This is the second time that we have used this restaurant to recognize our employee and will definitely use them again. There were many, many choices on the menu some of the regular Mexican fare and many different selections. The service was solid, the waiters were very attentive and efficient just lacked personality. The food was fantastic and was all delivered to everyone within minutes of other. This place is definitely on my recommend list.

This location needs to have a corporate trainer. To retrain the chefs on how to make the food it is totally unedible to eat. Is so cold? I don't know what is going on. There's no spices. It just has no taste at all, please.Apply those please correct this location i ordered happy hour ,10 enchiladas, and they were just gross, I could hardly even eat them. My hibiscus drink had hardly any hibiscus in it, it was just nasty

Perfect! Came in for our 15 year wedding anniversary... and like usual... everything was perfect. Went on a Sunday evening right before the dinner rush, no wait. Danielle our server was absolutely a gem. Food and drinks were perfection! Vibe was mostly quiet and chill. We've made Abuelo's a regular for when we're craving Mexican cuisine. Love this place.

Good amount of food for the price. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was nice. Hubby and I both got the meal pictured, it was 22.00, well worth it, we both brought leftovers home.
